Maison la Fleur is the best florist in Miami, quite possibly the country! Their arrangements are beautiful, always fresh and perfectly curated to any occasion. However, it's the friendliness and service of their amazing team that sets them apart from all others. Highly recommend to anyone sending flowers or buying for themselves!
I got a big square box with my wife’s first initial in the middle, pale pink and dark pink roses. Everything was very professional and very classy. The bag is a great look, the box a soft suede. I also got a medium rose bear for my daughter in law and the attention to detail and the clear box wrapped in an elegant bow set the perfect tone. Recommend and recommend again!
I ordered flowers yesterday to be delivered today and apparently for security purposes they had to verify my purchase. I gave them the info they requested when the rep texted me directly and then called me to say “give me sometime by the end of of business and I’ll let you know if the order went through”. Surprisingly 24hrs later I haven’t heard anything with regards to my order on a delivery that was expected today. I’ve purchased flowers countless times for decades and have NEVER experienced this level of disregard to a paying customer. I’ve called and texted them countless times within the last 24 hrs and have yet to get a response. Terrible terrible customer service
Ordering was super easy and straightforward, and the flowers turned out even better than I expected. Fresh, neatly arranged, and just the right balance between minimal and stylish. Everything looked very polished but not overdone. Delivery was smooth, and I appreciated how fast everything came together. Will definitely be ordering again soon.
Stopped by to make a purchase, walked in as doors were open, owner was sitting at the counter and refused service in a very rude manner, without even looking up at us, citing they were closed, yet doors were open. No “come back another time” or anything of the like. As we walked away, we could see her mocking us with a couple of others she was sitting at the counter with. Yes, the flowers are nice, but with service like that, I’ll take my business elsewhere. There are countless floral shops in this city with much better selections. Thank you, but no thank you!
