I have to tell that I’m impressed with Ode a la Rose’s customer service and their time sensitive deliveries. Both of my orders arrived as scheduled without issues. They responded all my emails timely as well. After my initial disappointment with one of my deliveries Mr. Jeff, customer experience manager, intervened appropriately and was great in analyzing the situation and offering a solution to our satisfaction. We received this beautiful complimentary bouquet today. Thank you Ode a la Rose!
I ordered online for next day delivery in a certain time slot I choose due to my wife being transported to an air b&b. The flowers matched the photo and description I choose online, I ordered a vase, chocolates, and a message which also came exactly as I was ordering online. They delivered in the time window I chose. Verified with me via email, en route for delivery, and delivered emails. I live over a thousand miles away from Miami so I was more than happy with my online purchase and delivery.
The bouquet was SO SMALL. I could’ve gotten the same one from Trader Joe’s for like $20… No vase was included either. It feels like all the money went into the packaging, which is, granted, pretty, although the flowers itself are so not worth it. I’ve ordered many bouquets from other florists before and each time they included a vase and a beautiful arrangement. WAS NOT THE CASE HERE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.
Obsessed! One of my concerns with sending flowers as a gift was buying flowers that were not consistent with the website photo…. However this was not an issue with ode de la rose! Also love that they send a photo of the flowers before delivery. It is a little pricey but so worth it bc you have peace of mind. Will order again
I ordered a bouquet for my daughter in Miami. She didn’t get them until the next morning, but that could be because she’s in a high rise. They were beautiful and she really loved them. It was a very easy process ordering on line and they were very good keeping me updated along the way.
