I ordered some flowers for a babyshower 2 weeks before the event. i called 2 days before the event to confirm my order came in, the lady told me, yes. the day of the party i go in the morning to pick my order up & the lady proceeds to tell me that they arrived a few days ago & that they didn’t give her the right color. mind you i called to confirm 3 days prior. i asked, why didn’t she tell me when i called to confirm my order. she just said “the boss was hoping to get you the right ones”. i could’ve gone & looked somewhere else. OH! to top it off when i opened the roses some were already looking old and some were already dead. the reason i took them was because it was the day of the party & i couldn’t look anywhere last minute. her employees seem as they don’t care & obviously they don’t because all the lady did was shrug her shoulders. i regret spending my money here!

Good flowers and good pricing. Their customer service is SO POOR. They dont help you at all, wether you’re buying $50 or $500. Attitudes from the ladies and they take for ever to attend the customers. Not recommended, spend some more somewhere else and save yourself the headache and wasted time.

This place has good options of flowers but unfortunately the staff is SO rude that it makes it an absolute nightmare to shop here. The layout of the place is very chaotic you can barely walk around. There’s always one lady yelling at you to move out of her way. The flower options don’t make up for the fact that the experience and atmosphere is just awful. I braved it a few times but this final time when I went I was literally yelled at in my face. It’s appalling to think that with this attitude they expect you to spend money here. Horrible service. Sunshine Flowers is down the road and they are so kind. Much better experience over there.

Horrible customer service. The lady was rude and unfriendly. She didn’t offer any help, just looked pissed when I arrived. Okay I came 20 minutes before closing, but anyways left 200$ there. It took me a while to find some fresh flowers.. a lot of them were turning bad and looked not fresh at all. The place is small and inconvenient to walk around. Not recommended !!
