Publix Super Market at Monarch Town Center

Just used their online pickup service. First time and it was such a breeze. No hassle, quick, efficient. And best of all: my frozen foods were still frozen & the produce was fresh

Everything's great, everything's wonderful, but there's one caveat...can't you at least make regular muffin or croissant sandwiches in the morning? There are no cafes in the plaza where you can get breakfast... yes, they sell sealed sandwiches, but there's not even a microwave to heat them up... and eating a baguette sandwich in the morning isn't really appealing!

Went to order a gender reveal cake but was told I had to order it on a screen and there are no moderations allowed. I wanted to order a simple white cake with small pink and blue pumpkins but the girl told me I could only modify to what the system allowed. Terrible publix. I guess I will have to go to Walmart.

Publix – My Wine Experience I was so excited to find my favorite wine on sale one Saturday and wanted to buy a case right away. Unfortunately, the store didn’t have enough in stock, but Sophia at the service desk was absolutely wonderful. She took my info and assured me Keith would reach out. No word from Keith. The following week, I went back. Once again, Sophia (bless her) helped me and brought in Juan, the on-site manager. He confirmed they would order the wine and honor the sale price, promising that either he or Keith would call me. Another week, still no call. I phoned the store myself. A helpful young man checked inventory, confirmed only four bottles in stock (so no case ordered), and said Juan would follow up. More days passed—silence. I called again, and another kind associate promised to pass my message to Juan. I’m still waiting. In the meantime, I found my wine online—at a deeper discount with free shipping on a case. I even discovered another bottle I’m excited to try. This is what happens over and over again: Publix has great people on the floor (like Sophia), but the follow-through is missing. And in today’s world, when so many businesses are competing for your attention and loyalty, why wait? Others are eager for my business. Yes, I know this is a “first world” problem. But if a simple glass of wine makes me and my partner happy, then I’ll happily take my business where reliability and customer care exist. Publix is a nice store, but this left a bitter taste.

Sal was absolutely incredible! His customer service was next level — friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I needed, and he did it with a smile the whole time. You can tell he really cares about the customers.
