This is the update to my review from 2 days ago. I was not happy with the quality my bouquet, but I am very impressed how Grace Lake Florist addressed my complain. I just got a new, beautiful replacement which I know will last. Thank you🙂 On Saturday I got the bouquet delivered for my birthday. On Monday I took out 1st wilted flowers, Tuesday next few followed. On Thursday the whole bouquet was dead. My bouquet lasted ONE DAY only! Money wasted on nonexistent quality. Are you going to replace my bouquet??
