Sign posted Oreos bogo excluding family size (my Oreos were not marked family size) I get to the register the product does not ring up as BOGO. I ask why as neither are marked family size. I am then rudely told be “Betty” the cashier that she been through all this already as she waves her hands in my face. I asked for the manager. The manager says because the item is marked limited edition it is not Bogo ( the sign only excludes family size no mention of limited edition). I told her to take it off as I was already annoyed. Then I told Manger “Lupe” about cashier “Betty” and she shrugged it off. Very rude. I will most definitely follow up with corporate.
The pharmacist Casey, she was super nice. Took good care of me. I was able to leave with my medication less than 30 mins. Thank you Casey.
Samuel in the pharmacy was A one by far awesome service. He went above and beyond to assist me. I appreciate his service and I will definitely be back at this Publix because of his great customer service. Thanks for helping my dad.
Staff was not friendly like my local publix. I had to greet my cashier first and thank her too. She gave one word replies. Silver lining is she did direct me to her empty queue. Another worker was complaining to another while working a customer area.
Very attentive, nice, and had a good conversation with this cool & chill guy called Corey. May God always bless him and that he goes very far in life. Has a lot of potential.
