They never delivered what I requested despite the fact that I called them and specifically confirm if they had those flowers available, They took no responsibility or made an effort to respond to my complaint until After calling them and texting them many times. They blamed their employee instead of Taking ownership of the mistake and making it right. Y the customer.They took an order of over $ 100 and delivered a $35 dollar arrangement that a 5 yr old could have put together. They are a rip off. Extremely bad and unprofessional service.
I bought a PREMIUM bouquet for mothers day worth $110 dlls PLUS $20 dlls delivery! And my mother in law received it and said it was lovely. When I saw it this morning I was utterly disappointed. 3 roses and margaritas. NOTHING special and definitely not worth $100 dlls. I was actually ashamed i ordered that for my MIL. -i ordered directly from you website- i have proof (same address that you have posted in google, same name, same url) so if that website isn’t yours you should do something about it because they stole your name.
I ordered flowers for mothers day. Nothing last minute ordered it a few days ahead. The arrangements online were really nice and it ended up costing me almost $60. Let me just tell you these flowers were a complete let down. I ordered a white and purple themed bouquet that came with a purple bow tied around the vase. The bouquet were different colored flowers no theme what so ever and no bow. I don't recommend it not worth the $$
I ordered flowers from NY for my daughter to her grandmother & they were delivered that day! This was awesome because she received them just before she passed and that meant a lot to both my daughter & her grandmother. I also love that they called before delivery & sent me a confirmation email telling me that the flowers were delivered. I also received a follow up email making sure I was happy with the flowers (which, unfortunately, I didn’t see as I’m in NY) and delivery. That’s a nice service, especially being from another state. I am forever grateful to The Miami Florist and their great service. I have already recommended them to other family members. Thank you!
