Had the best experience with Carleen today. I called at 3:00 pm asking if it was too late to get flowers ordered same day for my daughter who had just passed her competency exam. She mentioned that they closed at 4, but she literally went above and beyond to get my flowers ordered. I’m so grateful for her and the tremendous Customer experience!
