I cannot say enough good things about Niebla Flowers! I am an out of state customer from Ohio and I called their store to have an arrangement sent to a client in their area. They were very willing to help and created the most beautiful arrangement and delivered SAME DAY! I am always a bit nervous when I ask a business to create an arrangement over the phone since I cannot see pictures of what it will look like, but the associate I spoke with took notes on the colors I mentioned and created something spectacular. I was also able to text a phone number the note that I wanted included to the recipient and they hand wrote it on the card. Once delivered, they sent me text confirmation as well as photos of the arrangement at the recipient’s location. I was blown away by what they had created, and for a standard price of only $60! (not including tax/delivery) Overall I was very happy with my experience and I wish Niebla was in my local area so I could use them more often!
