The food is fresh. It's very convenient here. I will come again.
I usually enjoy shopping at Publix, but my recent experience at this location was disappointing. I went to the deli to order a sandwich around 2:20 PM, and unfortunately, the staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than helping customers. They were extremely slow and inattentive — this can easily be verified by reviewing the cameras from that time. At the drink station, there are always issues. Sometimes there are no cups, other times no straws, and often the soda tastes off — especially the cola, which lacks proper flavor. There’s consistently something wrong, and it’s frustrating. What’s even more concerning is that one of the female employees was coughing directly in front of the sandwich ingredients without even covering her mouth. That is unacceptable, especially in a food service environment. I strongly recommend reviewing your management and implementing stricter hygiene and service standards. I hope these problems are addressed as soon as possible. This level of carelessness is not what customers expect from Publix.
Deli is a trashy filthy operation. Flies, yes flies in the uncovered rice, greens... Gray mashed potatoes (gag gross). Food looked tired, old, stale, like it was prepared 2 weeks ago. No service staff so me and another dude had to wait in the sandwich h line for service. I wasn't surprised when the miserable looking woman educated us that we were in the wrong line--even though there was no staff to help. This is another picture of how far Publix service and value has plummeted. They have cornered the market on grocery stores...where can one go locally? Gas up and drive to Whole foods or Fresh Market. Publix has become what Winn Dixie was 20 years ago: trash. Would not be shocked if people get listeria or botulism eating the deli food here Revolting Appalling service
Very unhelpful pharmacist & staff. I’m new to this location and have visited several times. Staff ask for your name and date of birth from across the room - limiting privacy & respect. The pharmacist stares ahead with no greeting and waits for the tech to notice you while you wait. The tech approaches with no greeting - only “date of birth?” Notification calls to let you know your prescription is ready is hit and miss. This time my doctor called in needed medications. I wasn’t able to reach the pharmacy so I went in to the pharmacy ill only to find out that they do not have the medication. I was told “we don’t have that. No Publix does.” For reference, it was Covid medication. There was no effort to assist and I was told I just need to call around. The tech then called “next!” For the person behind me to step up. The pharmacist pretended as if he didn’t hear or witness the interaction.
Returns of items unused and outdated, I returned severel household items and Publix and or its agents worked professionally to restore all funds refunded back to my debit card; which surprisingly has yet to be deposited to me debit card account; given the return policy Publix has (all refunds receipt disclosed will be funded from however the items were paid within a 24hr period!! I'm still waiting it's now been 30hrs, I hope my funds don't go missing within their cyber credits and debits😩stay tuned I'll keep you posted.
