I ordered a chocolate cake for my nephew's birthday. Despite the fact that they run out of Happy B-Day balloons, they came out with the great idea to substitute it by Feliz Cumpleaños balloon-in Spanish!!!!-, which was a very thoughtful and perfect detail for him! Solving problems and making happy customers/recipients is the key in a gift store like this one. Thanks Bree and the rest of the crew in the Store 586 in Ocala.

I could not be more disappointed with my experience here. My parents don't live local to me and I wanted to order something nice for my mom for Mother's Day. I ordered her a bouquet of flowers in a ceramic pitcher and chocolate-covered strawberries. When they were delivered, my mom was handed a literal bouquet of rotting flowers (on MOTHER'S DAY!) that smelled and looked as if they had been taken out of the bottom of the trash and they were in a plastic cup (not the ceramic pitcher as ordered). When she called, they said they would deliver her new flowers but the delivery came around 9pm when she was already in bed and unable to receive them. She went to the store the next day and they gave her a sub-par bouquet that was not anything like the photos. She showed them the photo of the pitcher that was ordered versus the plastic cup she received and was told they would be giving a refund for the inconvenience. The refund? $3 on a $150 order! Do not recommend.
Ordered a beautiful arrangement here for my sister from Amanda. She was most helpful and sensitive to my sadness over my sister’s stroke.
