Wonderful customer service from Ray the produce manager. Very friendly and enthusiastic to provide help, even with something as simple as checking in the back for empty boxes for me in several occasions

This store is the best. Staff friendly and efficient. I recently got locked out of my car with phone and keys inside. No idea how that happened. The greatest, employee, Tisha, helped me to get home and get my spare key!!! Thank you, so much!!!
Publix has changed in the past 5 years. Stood at the deli for a long time, was never acknowledged or greeted. Went in for the famous Publix spicy wings, NONE were there, people walked around and ignored me standing in front of the almost empty rack. Back in the day, someone would address you if they knew the rack was empty as you are standing in front of it. All that was there were a few chicken tots or whatever they are called. At checkout, I was finally acknowledged with a goodbye after my purchase was made. Will not be back to that location.
We live right across the street in woodland villages neighborhood, and weve been so lucky to have the privilege to have not only A PUBLIX but THIS publix specifially so close to us. Never one single bad experience. Im a new mother so grocery shopping can sometimes feel like a task but everyone is so friendly and helpful here that when I go inside feeling like I almost cant breathe from anxiety or stress every employee is so quick and considerate to ask any way they can help with a smile on their face and they have never made me feel like a burdon. I hate asking for help and I usually say no but they insist on helping in every way they can to make my shopping experience easier. The pharmacy is also wonderful. Ive already spoken highly about (derek?) the gentleman with glasses and a sweet gentle personality to his manager once before but he continues to be such a light. Today i called the pharmacy because my infant and i are very sick and i have to pick up his prescriptions and i asked if there was any way they could find infant tylenol to add to the drivethrough pickup so we didnt have to come inside and Stephanie didnt hesitate a single second to even make sure it was a flavor he liked and said no problem at all. If we ever move anywhere else i would make the trip just to come to this publix and pharmacy simply because of the wonderful staff here.
