I'm a lil late with my review, but my purchase took place 2 weeks ago, and i can't speak enough volumes on how the ladies at The Rosses Palace took care of me!! I was in need of a bouquet of flowers for my daughter, who had a dance recital that evening, and I called 10 minutes prior to their scheduled closing time. Not only did they stay past their time, but they also personalized every touch of the bouquet. They went above and beyond, and the bouquet turned out magnificent!! They have definitely earned my business, and I will be buying all my flowers from them from here on out! Thank you once again!!
This store is magical. His owner attended my call personally while looking online for a special detail on my wedding anniversary. He gave me great advice to make the perfect choice and save time while I was at work. There were a couple issues initially with the delivery but Mr. Aguilera went out of his way to make sure my order was correct and delivered to the intended recipient.
