Flowers were sent to a friend of mine as a cheery Get Well wish and I was sent a photo of the arrangement being delivered. I was very happy with the flowers chosen and the receiver said the arrangement was beautiful and very fresh. I would definitely recommend this flower shop to anyone wanting beautiful flowers. I called “Floral Design by Lorraine” in Orange Park, Florida late on a Friday afternoon, after learning a dear relative was gravely ill. Living 6,000 miles away, I was unfamiliar with the area or its businesses. The owner took my call late on a Friday afternoon, and despite it being the end of a long workday for her, she was kind, thoughtful, helpful and patient with me. She said she would make every effort to deliver my order by the noon the next day (Saturday). I was stunned to learn that she did not wait until the next day; she stayed in her shop late into Friday evening, prepared and delivered a breathtakingly beautiful arrangement to my relative 20 miles away. And, sent me a video! I have never experienced such exemplary customer service, nor have I ever purchased a flower arrangement that so far exceeded my expectations. Ms. Lorraine is the sweetest!! She made a birthday arrangement for me as a last minute gift and it was absolutely gorgeous! It even came in a beautiful gift box that the birthday girl can use for years to come. She is pleasant and professional and does an amazing job with her designs. I highly recommend her!!
