Park Avenue Florist And Gift Shop

Stopped in for a quick need to get some ‘Thank You’ flowers. The young lady who was helping me, quickly shared they could make me up something special. I was in and out with a beautiful fresh arrangement in less than 10 minutes! This florist has also helped me on several other occasions and each time they have exceeded my expectations!

Terrible! Ordered a beautiful Mother’s Day arrangement on Proflowers who contracts with this florist. My mother received the arrangement on time, but not up to standard. She received a vase of greens with 5-6 stems of flowers. Received the replacement today. They did add more flowers, but cheap mums. I did not pay for mums! I spent a decent amount of money expecting it to be similar, not an exact replica of what I chose. I know some things aren’t always available. I used to be a florist myself. However, I do not expect cheaper flowers! Shame on you!! Proflowers should dump you as a florist. You do not represent what they offer. I will be letting them know again. It won’t let me give you zero stars, but it’s what you deserve!

Staff was helpful picking out a bouquet for my fiancee for our wedding. They gave us different combinations and recommendations to choose from. They delivered it to our venue and my fiance absolutely loved it!

A friend ordered an arrangement valued at $35 (delivery was a separate charge). See photo of what she ordered vs. what I received (2 roses, 3 carnations, and some blooms). The owner of the florist (Michelle) blamed the discrepancy on the fact that my friend ordered through a third-party vendor. I requested a substitute arrangement on par with what was originally ordered and she stated she was not able to do that as the bouquet I received was worth $35. Poor service, zero accountability.
