Not only did they deliver to my aunt’s front door within exactly the hour I had asked for, but they worked around so many of my mistakes — after I’d typed in the incorrect recipient name and wrong date online, they went in and changed it for me over the phone AND although I gave them the wrong apartment number, they called my aunt and got it to the right door. Whew! I did not make this one easy but this florist shop gave me such TLC and kind treatment! Thank you! You made my aunt’s day. Flowers were full and beautiful.
Highly recommend this florist! Absolutely beautiful work! I’m out of state and this was a special birthday order. I love that they have an option to receive a photograph and they actually text me three photographs from different view points! I also got a text when it was loaded on the truck for delivery. They have a great selection of add ons for any occasion! Great customer service and experience. If you need a florist in the Orlando area, this is it!

My husband and I ordered flowers for a family members funeral from Edgewood Flowers a week before Thanksgiving this year. This was the fist time ordering flowers from Edgewood Flowers. When my husband called, he spoke to Cindy. He found her to be very friendly, helpful and patient while choosing and placing the flower arrangement order. My husband chose an arrangement from one he saw on the Edgewood Flowers website. He liked the everything about it accept for the color. It was an arrangement with all white flowers. My husband asked if he could swap out some purple flowers in place of some of the white ones while still maintaining the original design of the arrangement. Cindy was more than happy to honor his request. The arrangement was delivered to the memorial service at The First Baptist Church of Orlando on time. When my husband and I saw the flowers we were more than please with the results of Cindy and her team at Edgewood Flowers. We highly recommend Edgewood Flowers to anyone buying flowers for any occasion. Thanks Cindy you are the best!
