Subject: Extremely Disappointed with Valentine's Day Order - Moldy Fruit and Poor Customer Service Summary: I could understand if this location was slammed with orders on Valentines day, but communicating that with customers in a timely manner goes a long way. I placed an order on February 1st for a fruit basket to be delivered on Valentine's Day to celebrate a 3-year anniversary. And the attached photo was what we received – moldy strawberries with mold spores on the other fruits in the basket. The driver didn’t speak any English so that language barrier added a bit of confusion with finding my apartment building which added 8 minutes of me finding the driver and grabbing the delivery and walking back to my apartment. So, imagine coming home to present the basket and setting it down to notice this catastrophic failure! I called the location 7 times and couldn’t get a single person on the phone, so I left two voicemails. I was so desperate to get someone on the phone for a speedy same day resolution that I left a complaint using the standard online form. But I heard nothing back on Friday, Saturday, and today (Sunday) which is insane considering there is a 48-hour response guarantee plastered on the portal. This is the real insult to injury which prompted this review. Today, I received a promotional email asking me about my experience! Listen, that email for sure sent me over the edge lol. Talk about kicking someone when they are down. So, I took the survey, and my dissatisfaction ratings caused it to reroute me to the same complaint form template I filled out the other day…….I’m seeing quite a few recent reviews with horrible experiences from Valentines day orders with a common theme, no contact from management. What a shame considering the high reviews prior to this fiasco is what prompted me to select this store for such an occasion in the first place.
Big thanks to Zack, the manager, for resolving an issue I had after being run in circles. He stepped in, made sure everything was taken care of, and followed up to ensure I was happy with the result. Great service—really appreciated his help!
We received an order at our office today, Big thanks to the delivery person, Maria - our office was closed yesterday and she took the time to call us and let us know of the delivery and made sure we would be available to accept the gift from one of our great clients. The package was beautiful, the food was delicious and fresh. Thank you - Big shout out to Maria.
These people are very nice. They went over and beyond with my delivery and I really do appreciate the manager. That’s there. She is a very nice person as well. The staff is very nice. The bouquet was very great and the person I bought it for for their birthday, they loved it.
The store is clean, smells so good, customer service is great, I recommend a 100%
