This is the best flower shop in all of central Florida - the prices, the customer service, and the quality of the products are absolutely incredible. I have been going to this shop for years and have tried a few others but nothing compares to this one! The prices are so fair and I know I can count on getting exactly what I’m looking for every time!! A friend of mine used them for a wedding and the designs and quality of flowers they used were incredible. I truly cannot recommend this place enough!! Best flower shop in town!
Karen was incredibly helpful when I called to place an order over the phone. She walked me through each step of the process and clearly explained when I could expect to receive updates, including important details about delivering flowers to hospitals. They were even able to deliver them same day (which is amazing!) and don't charge delivery fees for hospital deliveries, which I find incredibly thoughtful! She even took the time to pull up the exact arrangement I was interested in and let me know which flowers might look a bit different based on the most recent deliveries. I really appreciated her transparency and attention to detail. This shop is clearly experienced, professional, and knows exactly what they're doing. I'm so grateful for their service!
This flower shop is great and crafted a beautiful tropical flower arrangement for us that was perfect. I gave them minimal direction and they took it from there to create a unique and lovely pair of arrangements. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a fall wildflower fall bouquet for my wedding day and specified I wanted green ferns around the outside. I showed up the morning of my wedding to pick up and I saw on the table outside of the fridge a large bouquet I was hoping wasn’t mine ( it was) I greeted by a yelling from the back “ how can I help you” in a tone and she came out and said here it is and that was that. It looked nothing like my inspo really. Had pink roses?? Unopened tropical orange flowers? No ferns? Honestly looked like it was sourced from Publix. Just not $200 bridal bouquet quality you would expect. I was on a time schedule so didn’t have time to do anything myself about it. My best friend went to target and got some fall flowers they thankfully had and redid the bouquet the best she could. Terrible customer service and didn’t listen to what I wanted and what we went over in detail in email. Just watch out for that. Attached photos of my inspo picture I sent, when I picked up and the final result after we fixed it.
