Buyer beware!! Don’t trust this flower shop, they will bait-and-switch you!!! Also, read the other reviews before making a decision, which I made the mistake of not doing. I tried to pick a flower shop close to the delivery address, and this shop was the only one that said they could deliver on the same day. I knew their closing time was at 6pm, and submitted my order mid day, and received a confirmation email they received the order. I called several times with to try to speak to someone at the shop after hearing that the delivery had not been made, or even a notification of “out for delivery,” trying to find out where my order was and no one answered. Finally, I received a notification via email that my ordered was delivered, but it was actually NOT delivered. Called again, with no answer, so I sent an email, then 30min later (after sending confirmation of delivery), someone responded to my email with one word, “delivered,” and that’s it! No apologies for lying, or the delay….nothing. I guess my definition of “delivered” didn’t mean we’ll tell you now, but it will show up sometime later! On top of all of that, the flowers that finally showed up were COMPLETELY different than what I had ordered in the picture from their website!!! Not even close in colors and it looks like they ran out of what I ordered, and took it upon themselves to fill it with something completely different. Finally, to add insult to injury, I left a $5 tip for the shop people, and $5 tip for the driver, was charged $12 for delivery, and some BS charge of $9.99 for being a first time customer….really???
This was the first time i have ordered from The Flower Nook. I place a order with short notice, with a 2 hour window and they was able to get the order there on time. "The flowers are beautiful" my wife replied and was pleased. She is happy , i am happy . You now have w new customer.
