I love shopping at the Riverside Publix! Rating: 5/5. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and organized. From the great meat and produce sections to the awesome bakery, they've got everything I need. Plus, the location is convenient with plenty of parking, making shopping a breeze. And the pharmacy staff is always knowledgeable and willing to lend a hand. Overall, Riverside Publix is my go-to grocery store. Highly recommended! Rating: 5/5
This is strictly for the online ordering/ deli. I shop here often and enjoy it, however: I ordered a sub online requesting no cranberry sauce. I got double that sauce. Tried to scrape it off, ate some, but it soaked through everything & had to throw the rest of a full sub away. Could be an issue with the online ordering side, but discarding food/ money isn't something I do.
They lost my deli order. They could not remake it because I don’t know why. No reason was given. We placed a deli order online. Got here early. When the time passed I asked if they made it and the young man behind the counter lied and said it was already made and someone took it. Go elsewhere if you want a Pub sub.
So I went in tonight, I was helped by Kyan. I was very disappointed when I saw my allergy just lingering all over the sub station. I’ve had one other location ( orange city) always assist me with my allergy I have since moved to Oviedo. Today Kyan was so amazing I showed up late and he grabbed a new bag of everything just so he wouldn’t cross contaminate. His energy was amazing and he made me feel so comfortable in ordering food were notably I would t even dare ask I would just walk away . He was so willing to help and make sure I got my sub. I will be calling corporate, they have to know how amazing he really was tonight.
