Talking about customer service they were very friendly and patient with me. I placed an order of three arrangements for the next day, specific time delivery and everything... well, I had to call the same day to cancel the order because it was a corporate event and my company had to suspended the meeting. The lady over the phone was super nice with me letting me re-schedule my order. But two hours later, I called to re-place the order, only two arrangements and different time delivery. The driver made it on time and they came in perfect conditions. Let’s wait to see if they taste as good as they look.
Sooooo 2/12/25...come in to edible arrangements...nobody at counter and a voice from the back stressfully announces one moment. About 5 minutes later somebody else walks in door and the voice repeats one moment with more annoyance. An employee appears and I tell her picking up and my name. She says that they are really busy right now, do I mind waiting about 20 minutes for the Strawberries and Bananas to be dipped. I said the funeral service is at 5, which is why I ordered it for pick up at 4 and it is now 420 but I guess yes, I kind of have to wait. She said well, we are really busy and walks away. After 20 minutes another employee came out apologizing for wait and reiterating they are extremely busy and that they would give me something extra for the wait. 509 it was ready and the employee carried to my car. Gave me a 6 count dipped Strawberries for the wait. Will probably be arriving at funeral 30 minutes late now. 😑
So disappointed!!!! I’m not one to usually leave negative reviews but this was unacceptable!! Every year my uncle sends us a huge bouquet of fruits snd truthfully they’re usually amazing. This year however they came with mold and rotten fruits. We had a Passover dinner of over 60 people so yea that was embarrassing! The reason why I’m so upset is because when I called to explain the situation to the worker at this location she wasn’t even willing to hear me out and started yelling at me didn’t want to help me in no way and this is horrible customer service. Gave me every excuse as to my it’s my fault. It was picked up we’re not responsible how you got it. You didn’t put it in the fridge or the driver in 10 mins made it go bad ….. so disappointed from edible Arrangements. I would had appreciated she had said sorry it happens let me send you another one, anything I wasn’t even asking for a refund and I’m sure you know how expensive these bouquets are so for $200 I’ll make sure my family knows to take there money else where with better service at the end of the day.
Where do I start? One of the busiest days of the year (Valentine's Day) and they were slacking. Unfortunately but fortunately, a friend of mine decide to buy something for me but told me I had to go and get it. Pick up was for 11:30am and it was 11:19am and I was nowhere near the area for another 2 hours or so. Arrived a few minutes to 3:00pm and there was a short line. As they were looking for my order, the line started to rapidly grow longer. They find my order and tell me it's coming right up. I watched the young lady prepare my order and hand it to me. Immediately I noticed (even when she was preparing it) how deflated some of the balloons were. It's crowded now and someone makes a comment to everyone there for 3pm pickup they'll have to come back the orders are not ready. They were only handing out morning pickups. Anyhow, I leave with my FLAT balloons get home, open my box and the strawberries smell funny. 😩 Total waste of money.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Edible Arrangements location. The door clearly states that they are open from 9 AM to 6 PM, yet when I walked in at 4:57 PM, a young employee who said his name was Jesus told me they close at 5. If the business hours posted on the door say 6, customers should be able to rely on that. I drove miles to get there, only to be turned away before the posted closing time. This is not how a business that depends on customer service should operate. Very disappointed and won’t be returning unless they fix their hours or their staff’s attitude toward customers.
