Publix Super Market at Flamingo Pines Plaza

The staff are super helpful and friendly. The shelves are nearly stacked and displayed. I love shopping at this location Update 8/1/25 Removed 2** Unfortunately the Deli's service is not always up to standard. There was a line of 10+ persons waiting to be served sandwiches and the only person working the counter has to leave and the customers waited over 8 mins for a replacement. At least 3 customers left. It took me 17 mins to place an order for future date pick up. Usually I'd complain loudly and ask for a manager. Today I was very subdued. That's unacceptable service from Publix.

Hello! Do not go to the pharmacy at that Publix. The manager there gives out incomplete prescriptions. The first time, she told me to sign and come back the next day, and when I did, she said I had already picked up the medicine — which was not true. I asked her to check the cameras, and they never did. Then I went back to get my son’s medication, and she gave it incomplete again. Later, I went to get a nebulizer, and she said the insurance didn’t cover it — but it absolutely does.

One of the worse store experiences. To feel like you’re being stalked and watched by employees while trying to grab necessities for your home and then have the perverse looking butcher from the meat dept. come out and tell my teenage son to take everything while he was waiting for me as if he was stealing and then try to play it off as a joke when I returned is DISGUSTING! It’s sick the way this store operates and management needs to do better!!!

Always do my groceries here. Is quick. But....today I had to use the restroom, the cleaning guy was cleaning I thought, he was done, so I go to the restroom, omg was very nasty, the wall tile had poop, all dirty next to toilet paper, restroom right next to the cafeteria. Gross, I didn't touch anything but thinking that employees use that restroom and don't say anything is disgusting. Please have someone really clean the restrooms.

I recently visited the Publix market in Pembroke Pines, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I appreciated the easy parking, which made accessing the store a breeze. Upon entering, I found everything to be well-organized and impeccably clean, creating a pleasant shopping atmosphere. The stock of products was excellent, featuring a wide variety of fresh produce, groceries, and household items. I was pleased to find that the store wasn’t overly crowded, allowing me to shop leisurely without feeling rushed. The checkout lines moved quickly, so I didn’t have to wait long to complete my purchases. One of the standout features of this Publix is its bakery. The selection of fresh breads, pastries, and cakes is simply amazing. I couldn’t resist picking up a few treats to enjoy later! Additionally, the store has a cafeteria area with tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee. It’s a wonderful spot to take a break and enjoy your snacks. Overall, my visit to Publix in Pembroke Pines was delightful. With great products, excellent service, and a clean, organized environment, I highly recommend this location for all your grocery needs!
