First off, they are open earlier than anyone around since they are a wholesaler selling to other shops. Secondly, the customer service is exceptional and beyond anything I have had with even a local flower shop!! This was the highlight of the trip - Mikayla dropped what she was doing this morning and helped me! She asked all the right questions - what’s it for, what are favorite colors, etc. She then assisted in walking me around to choose from an amazing selection giving expert recommendations along the way. Lastly, as long as you can make the arrangements yourself then you cut out the “middle man” so everything was very very reasonable for everything I got! Everything I got was enough to fill two-three arrangements for the price of what you would pay for a single arrangement from a florist store. Icing on the cake was the care to wrap and box everything for safe transport. You could just tell that she loves everything about what she does. Thank you Mikayla, certainly have earned a returning customer!! Look forward to my next trip in!!! 10/10!
Let me take a moment to brag about Rodney aka HOT ROD. During our first encounter, we arrived within 10 minutes of the shop closing, and he practiced so much patience and understanding with us, despite the shop closing soon. His knowledge of flowers, craftsmanship, and horticulture shined bright during the times he spent teaching us how to create our last minute flower mural for our grandfather’s funeral service. Rodney was extremely kind, empathetic, and caring during this difficult time for our family. Our floral piece turned out great, and we owe it to his expertise and guidance. We couldn’t have done it without you - thank you so much, Rodney!!!

I came to get flowers for my wedding and it was a great experience. Will guided us through the process and he made sure the flowers were good for a 45 min drive back to Gulf Shores. Would definitely recommend for getting stems to mix and match.
