I had an amazing experience with this florist! Even though we were in different time zones, the entire process was seamless. We handled everything through text, which made it super convenient for me. They were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with. The arrangement was beautiful and I Highly recommend!
Where do I start? I lost someone very close to me. Me and some other friends decided at the last minute to get some flowers. We wanted the best but being last minute we kind of expected it to be a not so great rush job. Well, I tried Cordova Flowers and Gifts. I told them what I wanted and when I needed it. Joshua said that they could do it. The standing spray was there an hour before time. I can say I was beyond grateful at the beautiful arrangement. It was way more than what we expected. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Also, the price was reasonable. Professional, personable and dependable. Again, thank you for taking care of us in our time of sorrow.
I live in another state but instead of ordering online I called and spoke with Joshua, who was so kind and helpful; he explained that the bouquet I was ordering would look very similar to the one in their photo and he was right. The bouquet on the left is the photo on the website, and the photo on the right is of the actual bouquet that was delivered to my sister. She said that it was absolutely beautiful and that she loved i! By ordering over the phone I avoided paying an additional $5.99 fee (Thanks, Joshua!). He assured me that it would be delivered that same day in the afternoon, and it arrived then just as he said. I highly & unreservedly recommend Cordova flowers for their beautiful arrangement selection, great courtesy, professionalism & timeliness!
The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly for an out-of-town or trying to get flowers to a new mother. They were able to deliver same day, created a beautiful arrangement and sent me a picture and followed up to make sure I was happy. Extraordinary Customer Service… Even over long distance!
