Edible Arrangements

I placed an order for a fruit box online with Edible Arrangements in Pensacola. It had been years since I last visited this location, but I had never had any issues, so I didn't hesitate. When I arrived at the Pensacola location, there was a guy standing at the water cooler. He didn't say anything, so I asked if he worked there. He said, "Yes, but let me get someone for you." A girl then came up and asked, "What do you need?" I told her I was there to pick up the fruit box in the cooler. I signed for it and walked to my car. When I looked at the box, the fruit appeared old and bruised. Even worse, it seemed thrown together with no effort in selecting visually appealing fruit or in the presentation. I ended up going to Publix, removing the bad fruit, keeping only the apples, and repackaging the arrangement. I strongly suggest buying a basket, picking up fresh fruit, and making a basket yourself.

Ms. Bridget went out of her way to help me get some strawberries in a last minute crunch! She was super friendly and went above and beyond to help me out!

I bought my wife chocolate covered strawberries for V-day. I am unable to be in PNS due to military orders. This is what was delivered, barely chocolate covered strawberries. When I called the lady on the phone informed me I had to bring back the strawberries to get a replacement. I am unable to do that, I paid for them to be delivered for a reason. I would not recommend buying from this store, apparently if you don't pick them up they give you bottom of the barrel because there is nothing you can do about it ( except tell the recipient don't eat them and return them??? ) NOT GOOD EXPERIENCE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

They do such beautiful work in the staff is always very respectful very knowledgeable and always have great energy. I am a very frequent customer that always orders a great large bouquet or large platter and the love that they put into arranging my orders and the orders that I see coming out shows that they put a lot of pride in hard work into what they do. I will always recommend this location to anybody that is into everyone that I know this is the best location that I have ever been at and another thing That pushed them over the top is that they remember their customers and that they can put an arrangement together for me without me really explaining what I want they already know my idea I like my arrangements and my wife and daughter loves the arrangements when I present them.

I've ordered gifts from this location several times and so, when I was next to the store and experienced a sudden, urgent bathroom need, I had no reservations in rushing in to utilize their toilet facilities. While there I noted that the facilities appeared far from spotless and briefly wondered how clean their food prep area was. When I finished I made sure I was leaving the bathroom in better shape than I found it and walked out the door. The female employee asked if she could help me, in a less than friendly tone of voice. I apologized and said I'd needed to urgently use the restroom. She snapped rudely that it wasn't a public restroom. I again apologized and told her it was an extreme emergency. She snapped again, "Well, for future reference, it's not a public bathroom!" I wasn't sure what she was expecting at that point. What I am sure of is that I'll never again spend my hard earned money on what have always bee sub par, over priced products. All because somebody was in a bad mood, apparently, and couldn't just say, "Oh, no worries, I understand. Bathroom emergencies happen to us all at least once in a lifetime."
