I have worked with Flower Link for years now and have always been given great customer service. If something was wrong with the flowers they will make it right, and have been gracious to me with my little mistakes as well. Rae has recently taken over as manager and I cannot say enough good things about the improvements in quality and communication she has put into place. Shoutout to Whitney, too, who goes out of the way to clarify orders and makes sure I get what I need.
I can not say enough about how helpful Ray is when it comes to picking out flowers for unique bouquet. I appreciate my sales rep Whitney for always going out of her way to find the best quality flowers. Very disappointed. Mother’s Day right around the corner, ordered flowers from Flowerlink and a good portion of my flowers had mold and were no good. No fresh flowers here. Can’t even get them replaced at this point because I am fulfilling order and can’t process over the next couple day. See pictures for reference. Very disappointed.
