Kendal at flowerama put together the most beautiful flowers for my wedding. I was so impressed by her knowledge, her willingness to work with me, and her skill!
Ordered a dozen roses each for my mom and daughter the day before Valentines and was very pleased with the service and prices. The delivery drivers are so courteous by texting or calling me after each delivery. That gave me a piece of mind being all the way in Pennsylvania. This will definitely be my go to place from this point on. Kudos to the polite delivery drivers!
Trying to get flowers after Valentine’s Day and every other store had ran out of sunflowers. Found FlowerMama and I can’t remember her name but she was so sweet and looked in the back to find some sunflowers for me. The flowers lasted longer than they usually do from other places I went to. I definitely would be coming back 🌻
Great service (5star) but was very disappointed with the flowers I got for my wife’s birthday. Purchased Friday afternoon and by Sunday morning they looked terrible. Went straight home and but then in a cool place out of the sun. I changed the water, cut stems, and fed them on Saturday, as directed by staff. Only 1 of 12 roses opened - the rest just went brown and dropped. They do give a military discount but just not worth $96.
I went into the shop on Monday to order a bouquet and boutonniere for my daughter's wedding. I chose white roses accented with blue flowers (which is my daughter's favorite color) and greenery. When I arrived on Friday, the day of the wedding, I discovered the arrangement was nothing like we had discussed. Fran pulled the order form and saw that the young lady that helped me Monday didn't even write down blue flowers. Only blue ribbon. So it wasn't the fault of the person who made the bouquet. They just followed the instructions on the order form. Without hesitation Fran got to work and disassembled the arrangements and added the blue flowers, Thank you so much, Fran, for saving the day. I really appreciate you staying calm, and keeping me calm while you fixed the problem promptly. The bouquet and boutonniere and the wedding was beautiful. (Five stars for Fran!!)
