After just two days look like this,,, I call and they only can do 10% off for my next purchase,,, I do not recommend at all ,,,
Disappointing. I ordered a casket spray for my sister’s funeral. Some roses were definitely tired. I cannot imagine why a designer would put tired looking flowers in an arrangement. What was she thinking? When I called ten days later the person that I spoke to criticized me for not calling sooner. Somehow tired flowers were not at the top of my list of matters to act on immediately after the funeral. There was no apology…no recognition that they had made a mistake that they might need to rectify. The person said that if I had called sooner she could have traced the flowers back to the vendor and stopped using them. No explanation as to why the designer would put tired looking flowers into the arrangement. I have a friend who stopped ordering from Hirni’s because the flowers were disappointing. I used them because they were listed by Stanfill Funeral Home as a vendor. Never again!

I bought Orchids at Hirni’s Wayside Gardens for Mother’s Day. A few flowers fell off within a few days. I brought them back and they immediately replaced them for even more beautiful orchids than the original ones. I am so glad I went there for my Orchids. There inventory is huge.
