I’m having a bad experience, placed an order a few weeks ago and I tried calling a few days before to update delivery instructions. Phone line is not working and no response from any messages I’ve sent via text message and social media. I was told I would get a confirmation email after delivery and I yet to receive any confirmation. It’s supposed to be a surprise Birthday gift and I can’t call the person the flowers are for so I don’t ruining the surprise . At bare minimum your phone should work. I even stop by in person and no one was in the shop. I only can cross my fingers and hope the flowers were delivered.
I called Pompano Florist on Friday afternoon. I needed a corsage and boutonniere for a dance on Saturday. He asked me what color her dress was, I had told him her dress was pink with some silver in it, and her father‘s suit was blue if he could have incorporate the colors together. I don’t know what I was expecting, but he went above and beyond my expectations. I am amazed by the results. I will definitely use him again in the future for any flora needs.
Got an arrangement for Mother’s Day half dead. Owner said he would replace waited three days for him to show up then they bring me a plastic wicker to replace my ceramic pot. Worst customer service I ever dealt with with the florist. Their flowers are not fresh and the owner should not be in this business..

Im very disappointed, i ordered sunflowers and when they delivered it’s very different than the pic and they put one terrible sunflower. Very different, never again
