I ordered flowers for my sister in law in Port Charlotte FL from the website. I live several hours away from this florists. However the whole process was so easy.The flowers were beautiful and delivery was free and on time. There were no hidden fees attached at checkout like some of the other florist I had checked into in that area. They were informative throughout the whole process. I will definitely use this florists again. I high recommend this florists to anyone looking for a positive experience with beautiful arrangements.
I have never dealt with such a rude business. We ordered a large bouquet through a 3rd party and received a very small bouquet. The 3rd party vendor said they would send out a new order but instead this local florist text me directly saying they would go to the home of the person who received the flowers who recently was out of surgery to take the bouquet back. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend them based off their customer service skills alone. I could not imagine a professional saying they would go to the home of a sick person and take back a vase! My communication was with 1800 flowers who agreed the flowers received were very small compared to what they advertised and they would send a new arrangement that was worth what was paid. This florist decided to reach out to me directly as shown below.
How amazing is this Florist??? Incredibly amazing. I called late on Friday evening, in a bind for a floral arrangement for the next day. Not only was the owner incredibly nice and helpful but delivered a stunning bouquet early the next day. The rose petals were a great touch and she said “yes.” Thank you for making me look extremely romantic.
I am so impressed with this florist!! I was sent an arrangement as a “thank you” from a friend. The arrangement sat outside in the FL heat for about 10 mins (as we didn’t hear the doorbell), and the flowers were a little wilted when we brought them in. Still beautiful though! The next morning the shop called me to personally request some photos of the flowers to make sure they were up to par. When she saw they were drooping, she told me they’d be sending me a new arrangement in the next few days. The arrangement just arrived and WOW - it is stunning! Such an easy way to impress a customer. Thank you!!
