ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!! I have bought roses every birthday and Anniversary for my wife and decided this year to use a local florist as I have been disappointed by national companies 800 flowers etc, Anastasia delivered a bouquet of roses to my wife at her work that were Amazing and the most beautiful I have ever purchased, and they communicated with me from the time I ordered to upon delivery to make sure we were happy, I will never use anyone else they were truly Amazing!!!
My boyfriend bought me red roses with babies breath for my birthday. They did not even last a week. He brought them back. The florist was nice and replaced it with six red roses with little tiny rose Bunch. Within three days, all the tiny roses were drooped over. Publix sells much fresher flowers than this place. I would not recommend them at all. We gave them a second chance and they failed.
If I could give you zero stars I would. My daughter sent me flowers because our cat passed away and you should be ashamed of what you delivered. The flowers were delivered wilted and with sour water and weren’t close to what she ordered. She was charged $104 for a vase with old flowers that had a quarter of the flowers in the picture on the website. You offered her a $9 refund and I say shame on you and you need to change the florist that’s is making these arrangements. Do you realize that the recipient does communicate with the sender. They want to know that they sent a beautiful arrangement and this was not that. Shame on you and you need to give her a refund. You are deceiving the people that order these arrangements. You made a sad event even worse.
I called in a pretty short notice (9:00am the morning of my anniversary) because the flowers I had ordered from another florist canceled at the last minute stating the flowers I requested weren't in season. I explained my situation to the florist at Anastasia's and she said no problem we can help. She simply asked what types of flowers she likes...a color theme..and a price range. With that she made this amazing arrangement and had it delivered by 1pm! I will never order from anyone else.
