This Publix location has been disappointing overall when it comes to customer service. In the deli, employees Mike and Gevan are consistently rude and unprofessional, and it really takes away from the shopping experience. Many of the employees here lack people skills, confidence, and communication, which makes interactions with customers frustrating. Honestly, most of them should not be in customer-facing roles. On the other hand, I do want to point out that Mike, the meat manager, is absolutely amazing. He’s always professional, kind, and goes above and beyond to help customers. Management is very nice as well, but unfortunately, their hiring choices are bringing the store down. Better training and higher standards for new hires are definitely needed.
I am so disgusted with publix. Look at the difference between target and publix for Nespresso pods . Target $12.99 vs Publix $14.39. i go to Publix as little as possible these days.
The staff that makes the subs at the deli area are soooooooooooo slow. The last time I came I was given a tender sub that was ice cold and the chicken was dry with zero flavor. This publix has amazing staff but the only thing holding them back is the deli team which needs a bit of reforming to be honest
Rebecca was amazing. The sandwich was nearly made and perfect. Mackenzie was funny and awesome too. Both moved fast and worked as a team to take care of the line of customers.
