Absolutely disgusting, and when I walked up to the front desk to tell them about it they said oh okay just keep serving the people that whole place needs to be shut down today and an inspector needs to come through if there's one roach there's a whole bunch more
I was just at the Publix on 5100 Clark Rd. and locked my keys in my car. Judy, a store manager, went way above and beyond to help me! She drove me home to get a spare set of car keys and brought me back to the store and I was on my way. She would not take any compensation whatsoever and I am just so very grateful to this sweetheart. She’s a wonderful person and asset to your store! Very grateful.
Love this place! A lot of pressure washing in the neighborhoods behind here , Palmer Ranch has been a good place for my company talk about a relief compared to Lakewood Ranch thank you Publix and all the residents around here for making Clean Touch Pressure Washing Inc I number one preferred vendor for your HOA communities. It’s always great to go grocery shopping and here you did such a great job. You guys are awesome. Employees are very nice. Always watching you sometimes take pictures and even record you when you’re not looking, you feel like a celebrity over here it’s great.
I only invite to anyone, this is a very good place , workers are very pleased to everyone and warm. You noticed they focus on their job and in mean time, they help you when you need it , to me is the right place to buy. It is not perfect , because nothing else is , but your experience gonna be awesome.
The attitude you get walking in the door, from the amazing ladies at customer service, to any employee on the floor is awesome. Always greeted with a smile and if you have a question or need to find something, my own experience is they don't point in a direction and send you on your way, they take the time if they are not busy and either tell you which aisle and section its in to actually walking you to where it is located. Customer Service is not dead in this store, my store. Publix, be proud of your outstanding employees, they and your great prices are what brings me back. Thank you for such amazing employees.
