I loves this Publix location and my husband and I come here frequently. But I have to recommend some positive help to the cashier lady that is working the customer service up front right this second. Multiple times that I have purchased items through her at customer service she has given me negative services. I mean no harm, I don't want bad vibes and only want what's best for people which is why I try to be extra nice when I have to go through her. That obviously is not working to get her to be more nicer and positive towards me. So whatever the issue is with me and probably others I assume, I think some positive help is needed for her. Do you guys offer mental health sessions through your employee benefits? I thinks this would be a great idea as a start to maybe help strive a little bit better to be more positive and nicer towards the customers that have to purchase things through her as a cashier. She always has her hair covering her name badge every time I'm there but today I was able to get the first two letters of it which is Ya.
The Publix stores don't very very much from location to location. I think the produce selection there is a little bit subpar but the store is always clean well lit and adequately staffed at the register. When I ask an employee where something is, they usually have a pretty good idea and are helpful. As an example about the subpar produce. I was there yesterday and they had napa cabbage on the shelf, which was old and yellowed The overall shopping trip is fine. There is rarely a long wait at the checkout
Stopped by the deli for the 1st time today. And not only was the food amazing! But JP PROVIDED ABSOLUTE AMAZING customer service.
This Publix is much larger than average and has some great additional deli items missing from smaller stores and just more of everything in every section. Good international food section. Currently some construction going on outside and in parking lot.
HAVE YOU NOTICED LATELY all the buy1 get 1 is either the same each week or it's out dated good for maybe 1-2 weeks.But the good thing is that walmarts os tge same prices as s publixs so even if you think your saving anything going to walmarts your really not. Cause they don't have the BOGO
