Tallevast Florist

The recipient was very disappointed as what they ordered was not what we received or they expected. We spent $70 on the European romance bouquet which features a few white/pink Lillie’s, pink and red roses and alstroemeria.. but what we received was a bouquet of one broken and creased red Lily one bloom, three roses, carnations, mums and daisies that all seemed a bit sparse. It was very disappointing for the cost and no one answered when we called regarding the flowers. We had to purchase a separate bouquet to fill in the sparse spots and add to the missing roses and damaged Lily.

Bought an arrangement for Valentines Day, and was embarrassed on giving the flowers to my wife on Wednesday evening before Valentines Day. The hydrangeas died within a day, so I took a picture and got them replaced the day before Valentines Day…, but on Valentines Day, they were wilted again. I was insulted by the owner when she said they did not have any water, but my parents owned a florist when I was growing up and I know when a plant is wilted due to lack of water. I will dispute some of the cost with my bank since there is no way the arrangement was worth what I paid for. This was my go to florist, but I doubt it now.

My friend absolutely loves the flowers that were delivered yesterday. She said they were gorgeous. I was thrilled that they were delivered the same day that I ordered them. Tallevast Florist brightened both of our day. Thank you.

This is an excellent florist shop. The showroom is clean and their work is on display. We received a lovely Christmas arrangement in a little sleigh. The flowers were very fresh, and the florist was generous with the flowers and embellishments.

Come on. New user here and I want to keep using you but here's my experience. Ordering and delivery were fast. I paid $10 extra for being a first time customer and here is what I ordered and what I received. Yes, that's an already dead flower towards the bottom. Colors aren't even an attempt at what I ordered. Very sad.
