Christy is absolutely incredible! I reached out to Christy when my now husband and I decided to get married at the courthouse very short notice. I had called many flower shops and none of them were able to find Calla Lillies except for Christy! Not only did she find them, she had them ready and prepared only hours later. Christy worked magic to make the bouquet of my dreams come to life even on such short notice. My husband and I were thrilled! I highly recommend getting your flowers and arrangements here! She was so detailed and communicated everything to me. The flowers also came protected and in water so that they would be perfect for the following morning.

I do not recommend. They did not get flowers to recipient or communicate that they failed to deliver. Ordered Mother’s Day flowers the week before for delivery Mother’s Day. They did not deliver or notify that they couldn’t. I had to call them Monday. They blamed employee call outs… fine I gave them grace. It’s tough finding good help! She said they’d be delivered still if I wanted them to be. I said sure, thanks. They were not delivered Monday or Tuesday but Tuesday I got an email saying they were delivered. They were not. I called again and the owner blamed a storm and that “they always have a few” that this happens to. Then she tried to tell me that the location was out of their delivery area. The address is a 2 minute drive from their shop. When I expressed my dissatisfaction that they did not keep their commitment for my purchase and more than that, that they did not communicate with me that they did not deliver (they actually sent an email confirming delivery), the owner chided me saying that I wouldn’t understand if I’ve never worked in the service industry. I don’t disagree with that, but the thing is, I have only ever worked in the service industry… in hotels and property management, for 20 years. I’ve had continental breakfast thrown at me from across a front desk and cleaned apartments after resident left in disrepair and filth. I don’t expect perfection, I just paid for flowers and they weren’t delivered, and was not notified accurately about the failure to complete my order. They seem wildly disorganized, borderline a scam - definitely unwilling to take accountability. If you want a lesson in customer service and overcoming service failures I’d be happy to help you. Communication is the first and most valuable step!

Ordered flowers online to be delivered to my partner's mother in the span of about five minutes, from the comfort of my couch in Minnesota. They absolutely delivered & more! Would absolutely use again. Thank you!!

Christy makes some of the most stunning flower arrangements! No matter the occasion, they are sure to bring a touch of beauty and grace. Her talent as a floral artist is very apparent in each arrangement and her prices are always fair.

Poor communication by owner. As other's have mentioned, the shop is not opened (this year, it was blamed on the hurricanes, yet there are the same reports from 2 years ago regarding the same issue. No flowers on Mother's Day is absolutely poor business. Wondering if this business is properly licensed and incorporated, too??
