Very pleased with a delivery order I made for Christmas Eve. My dad and his wife absolutely loved everything. The fruit was very fresh and delicious according to Dad. My husband went to Mother’s Day morning to pick up my pre-ordered edible arrangements, fruits and flowers. He was shocked. He had to wait for it because he said he had pre-ordered it. The kids were excited when he brought it home. Couldn’t wait to eat the strawberries and pineapple. Upon further Inspection the strawberries were rotten. I opened up my bouquet of flowers to find many were wilted, and almost dead. The Voss was cheaply done. It’s clear plastic with a card stock shoved in it. Not even neatly put together. I have that same card stock I have purchased from Michael’s. My husband spent about $200 on this. I am highly Disgusted and disappointed with edible arrangements.
If I could, I would rate them a zero. I arrived just before 5 to get some chocolate covered strawberries. A gent came out from the back. Said they were actually closed. Meanwhile, the store closes at 6. I just said, while pointing to the sign, you should change this (showing 6pm close). Never going back and I have ordered and have deliveries sent from this location. LAZY!
I purchased from Nicholas in Davie Florida at 4811 volunteer Rd. He was world class!!!. He made the process for me simple and easy, I was picking up a fruit bouquet for our boss and it is my first time ordering from this company. He explained all. I had changed my mind several times about my options and he was so patient and understanding. The service was impeccable. Completely satisfied.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Edible Arrangements location. The door clearly states that they are open from 9 AM to 6 PM, yet when I walked in at 4:57 PM, a young employee who said his name was Jesus told me they close at 5. If the business hours posted on the door say 6, customers should be able to rely on that. I drove miles to get there, only to be turned away before the posted closing time. This is not how a business that depends on customer service should operate. Very disappointed and won’t be returning unless they fix their hours or their staff’s attitude toward customers.
