I hired By the Bay Floral for my wedding in October. 10/10/25 and from the very first phone conversation I had with Heather, I knew she was the one. There was something so comforting and confident in her voice, I instantly trusted her. After seeing the beautiful images on her website, I could already tell she had the creative eye and design sense to bring my vision to life. Her knowledge of flowers absolutely blew me away. The way she talked about color, texture, and seasonal blooms made me feel like she truly understood what I was going for. I sent her just a few inspiration photos, and that was all she needed to create something original, stunning, and completely me. When I saw my bouquet, the centerpieces, and the floral arch on my wedding day, I was speechless. Everything was exactly my vibe! From the colors and tones to the mood and feeling it all created. It was elegant, romantic, and effortless all at once. Heather perfectly captured what I had envisioned and turned it into something even more beautiful than I imagined. Every detail was perfection!

Heather was so patient and pleasant to work with! I probably changed my mind 3-4 times before I knew what we wanted and Heather did such an incredible job, I almost cried seeing them! I was going for an “autumn vibe with a sunset twist” for our November wedding and Heather couldn’t have delivered it any better. They were absolutely perfect!!! I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Heather and By the Bay Floral. From start to finish Heather was a dream and a doll to work with! Our wedding plans got washed away by Helene in October and we had to pivot our early Nov. plans very last minute with a limited budget due to funds lost from our previous plan. Heather worked within my very small budget and curated the perfect art-deco vibe we were going for within 2 weeks! She was super responsive and sweet. She made the process so easy and fun.
