Green Bench Flowers

I purchased 3 dozen roses from Green Bench Flowers today and they exceeded my expectations. I left feeling appreciative and joyous seeing the floral arrangements being put together. Katelynn was such a sweetheart and even remembered my name when I came back for the 3rd arrangement. The roses were breathtaking and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you again to the staff for being welcoming and accommodating.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this florist. I provided clear inspiration photos that should have been self-explanatory. every floral element aside from my bouquet was meant to be baby’s breath. Despite this, what was delivered didn’t resemble what I requested. Even the arch, which I specifically circled to show the exact amount of coverage I expected, was not done correctly. The aisle markers, sweetheart table and arch lacked flowers and looked sad. If there was any uncertainty, I would have appreciated being asked for clarification, but no one reached out. Additionally, they lack professionalism and the ability to communicate properly. As a bride, I trusted that the florist understood the photos I sent and would create a proposal that aligned with them. Instead, I was left confused and surprised on my wedding day. I’m not a florist, so I had no way of knowing what “X amount of baby’s breath” would look like in real life, that is why I provided detailed photos. To make matters worse, on my wedding day I walked in on the florists tying the flowers to chairs (in the ceremony area) when this was never even mentioned in the plan. After they were told the flowers were to be on the ground, my wedding coordinator still had to add candles along the aisle at the last minute just to make the setup more presentable for the lack of flowers. the arch and sweetheart table couldn’t be fixed at all because of the lack of flowers. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent, and looking back, I wish I had trusted my instincts when messages went ignored in the early stages of planning. Unfortunately, there has been little accountability from the business regarding these issues, and the services provided did not reflect the inspiration or expectations I clearly outlined. Not only was there no accountability, but they also placed blame on me for these issues. Even now, I gave the business an opportunity to make things right with me and I am yet again being ignored. It has been a WEEK, since I asked for a resolution which I feel is ample time for them to get back to me. Clearly they do not value my concerns or disappointment. I initially did not want to take this to a review because I understand they are a small business. But, I have not been given any resolutions and I feel they’ve put me in an unfair situation. Below I’ve attached my inspiration photos, and the services they provided. Most of my wedding photos have not come back yet so i don’t have a photo of the sweetheart table. Clearly sad and nothing like what I expected. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this florist, not only for the lack of accountability, but the lack of empathy and professionalism. I hope future couples receive the clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail that were missing from my wedding. ***UPDATE!!!*** you are the disingenuous ones. It’s not my job to babysit sit you or your workers on my wedding day. I paid for a service and it should’ve been done correctly. If you were unsure YOU ask for clarification. Again you take no responsibility, typical. And since you’re claiming I ghosted you, I’ll attach the email I responded to you within the same day AND very respectfully :) Bringing my children into this like it has anything to do with my reading comprehension is also disingenuous and disgusting. Also, the threat at the end of your response? Very professional lol. Let this be all the proof to the people reading reviews. You guys should be ashamed. Why would I call when you’ve made it clear you plan to give no resolution/threatened me. I tried to handle this amicably but YOU ignored me like previously. You’re lying about numerous things and trying to make me look like the villain when you messed up. Take your own advice. I am not a deputy anymore so I’m not sure how that relates to this? Or how it matters lol. That’s also weird and obsessive to point out. I guess if you’re in law enforcement you can’t have opinions? no one is bullying you, if my review bothers you, you should grow some thicker skin.

Wonderful shop and staff. I walked in and they were able to help me right away. The staff was incredibly friendly and worked with me on my budget and things I wanted. They created a beautiful bouquet and even created a makeshift carrier for transport! Love this place and will definitely be back!

Green Bench Flowers is amazing! I went in to get a bouquet of flowers to gift my neice after she finished her play as the lead in Alice in Wonderland, and it was the best bouquet of the flowers given out to any actor. Can't say THANK YOU enough 👏

Green Bench Flowers was a fabulous choice to help me celebrate my dear friend’s engagement with a delivery of flowers. I live several states away, and am very happy to have found this particular team of florists. Very kind and thoughtful staff, and my newly engaged friends absolutely loved the arrangement! They were delivered same day, within a few hours, and my request for cat-safe floras was expertly handled with care. Thanks again!
