First time I have used them. Ordered a special gift for my mother’s 73rd birthday, she was not feeling great so a really important day. Uber Eats cancelled the order for no reason and Edible Arrangements did nothing to rectify the situation. Incredibly disappointed, will never use them again. Pathetic service, staff had no clue how to resolve the situation and my mum, who was expecting a surprise so she could give them a PIN number, was left without and incredibly disappointed on her birthday Avoid!!!
I stopped by to get my birthday reward and Latoya was really nice and professional that I ended up buying extra stuff just because.lol The store was spotless and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I will definitely continue to come here for all my events. I truly appreciate the staff here and their customer service. Thank you again Latoya for making my birthday extra special. 🥰
