What a great experience dealing with Jen.. so accommodating she made us a custom gift basket for our friends that we vacationed with were from out of state she put together a very beautiful basket with everything we wanted including wine and a bottle of liquor of our choice a gift card to a nice restaurant We requested . She went out of her way to make this a special delivery and even picked up the gift card from the restaurant we asked and added it to the basket. Amazing customer service next day delivery! Hand delivered to our friends. Couldn't have asked for a better experience she also gave us a very fair price!
I was truly a BASKET CASE LOL ... I called Imagine That a few weeks prior to my parents' Surprise 50th Anniversary Celebration!!! They are the only ones that I knew would come through for me!!! I'd been collecting my parents' favorite things since the end of 2018 and I wanted the baskets to presented in a stylish and professionally done arrangement!!! Imagine That did not disappoint!!! The three baskets were presented from the 'girls and the boys'. Everyone was so pleased with the baskets, my parents especially!!!
