I ordered flowers for my sister and everything was perfect. The arrangement was beautiful, they delivered on time, and the service was really nice. Definitely recommend.
Called the shop because I was ordering two bouquets and the website would only allow one at a time. The person I spoke to was very pleasant and after I shared which bouquets I wanted she texted me so I could then text her back with the details of what I wanted cards to say as well as who they were to be delivered to etc. once that was completed she texted me a secure website to make payment and advised me she would send me pictures in the day of delivery. As promised she sent me the pictures that day and the. Delivery was received within 30 minutes of the pictures. I can not emphasize enough how delighted I was to see bouquets that looked exactly like the pictures I had selected because so often you don’t get what you think you are ordering!! Will definitely use Blooming Bay when the need arises in the future!
It's was an amazing experience. Was the first time I was not with my daughter for her birthday. I wanted it to be special, and that is what I got... from start to finish. They keep me updated. Show me the flowers before delivery. They were beautiful sunflowers. I mean gorgeous. And to top it up, they sent me a pic when she received the flowers. Fast delivery. Thank you so much...
