Flowers and Decor by Diosa is SPECTACULAR!!! They provided the most beautiful flowers, Christmas tree and decorations that are out of this world! They are such a pleasure to work with. They are trustworthy, communicative, creative and friendly and really put me at ease. They executed my vision even better than I could have dreamed, and I cannot recommend them more highly! They are the neighborhood GEM!
On 4/18/2022 my wife received a planter for her birthday from her sister. The planter came with a balloon that would have been for a child even though the card read she had been around the sun 70 times. One of the plants blooms looks to be dying. I called on 4/20/2022 to complain about these issues but was told they would do nothing about them. Was told their policy is you have 24 hours to call. I could not find anything on their web page that states this. No apology was offered very rude Very disappointed. In response to your return message: The flower was black at the tip within two days, not three. Also I have never met a man named Phillis. When someone comes to your door with a flower delivery the first reaction regardless of the flowers themselves is usually a good one. It would have been a weird reaction to immediately critique the quality of the delivery. And as far as giving me advice on how to keep flowers alive that was just condescending.

I received a bouquet from here with the freshest Lillies and roses and perfect greenery. It was extremely special, I can’t get over it. These arrangements are on another level. Skip the supermarket, these are worth it and last weeks!!
