Very disappointing experience. The first photo is from their website, the others show what I received. I was told the photo represents the “Standard version”, so I ordered the “Deluxe” expecting something similar but better. Unfortunately, the bouquet I received looks completely different and even worse than the standard version! I understand substitutions happen, but the color palette and overall style are completely different. The bouquet I received is much smaller and has far too many carnations!! I specifically chose this arrangement for its soft pastel look and fewer carnations, so what I received was the complete opposite of what I expected!! Some of the flowers were also broken or already dying (attached photos)! I’ve tried to contact them after receiving the flowers, but no one picked up the phone. They did deliver on time, but overall it’s a terrible disappointment and a waste of money. Don’t recommend them at all.
Excellent place all very beautiful the flowers every spectacular detail and the wonderful customer service I recommend it they have to go has many varieties for each gift and to celebrate each special event with those spectacular flower arrangements ❤️😍
Got married this past weekend and I just wanted to make sure I gave Brenda and Carlos all of the stars. The venue is a pretty blank slate, so I wasn’t expecting the florals to do much, but they transformed the room and made our decor all fall into place. The theme was a bit different (tropical, but with moody, romantic, deep colors) and she blew my expectations away. I was also very behind on booking a florist when I called and they were fortunately available. Thank you so much!
