I have been shopping here for two years thinking that they had a good quality control of their products, I bought an oatmeal and when I got home to taste it I noticed that it was expired for almost a year. I found it strange so I decided to go check the others they had in the store and I realized that they were all expired and in bad condition, when I told them they didn't even apologize, they only returned the 4 dollars on a gift card. Difficult to buy anything else on this site 😒
Worse service at the sub station. The bread was so hard it crumbled into pieces. The woman could t understand me and made the sandwich the way she wanted to. Publix is going down in all areas I’m not shopping here after the last three failed attempts

Not long gotten out of the hospital and needed to replenish dietary as well as other things at home. Walked into the store and was greeted with friendly faces, clean environment & great Bogo Sales. Most importantly is the staff, especially Bobby! Oh, what an awesome soul to encounter and be acknowledged by! He helped with assistance l needed, while encouraging me to stay in the cool space until my ride arrived. You have no idea of who I am Bobby but believe you me ... You are well known by those your warm heart helps.. I'm grateful always.🥰 To HR .. He is a KEEPER for sure 👍🏼 💯. To the ladies who made it easy at checkout ..Thank you kindly💐 🙂 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ana🍌♒️☯️🫠
This is the worst publix I have ever been to. Salad bar is supposed to be ready at 10 o’clock. I come here before I have to go to work to get my lunch and it is never prepared. It’s 10:30 am and there is no salad bar prepped and no hot food ready. The deli here is also atrocious. They never have pre placed deli orders ready and the staff just ignore you till they have no choice but to service you. No one greats and says be with you in a moment. I’m going to just go out of my way to go to another Publix who has it together
I absolutely love this location. The staff always goes up and beyond to help you. I tell you the truth. I'd rather shop at this location.Then the new one on wellington, trace. The level of customer service at the location on southern boulevard. It's amazing. And I mean that from customer service care, she is deli bakery.Meats section, The aisles are, always immaculate, and all items are meticulously placed which I love. This location is so clean!!!!
