I wish i could give them 10 stars!!! This place is Queen. Because of Donna. There was a glitch and 2.orders came thru, Donna texted me first thing in the AM To correct my mistake then suggested better options for my bestie's birthday! Everyone needs to order from Donna and this location. They really care what happens with your orders! Use this store!!! On Wellington Trace!!! Remember ask for Donna!!!

I never review stuff but this made me so angry. I ordered my mom a birthday/ Valentine’s Day gift from here since I am a college student out of town but still wanted to be able to make the day special for her. I ordered their valentines bouquet of flowers, a box of 6 strawberries, a small birthday balloon on top. To start, the way the flowers were advertised online is that they were arranged in a vase (mind you it’s 20 extra dollars for the vase and what looks like the arrangement) that was not the case if you order this it is a empty glass vase with a bouquet of wrapped flowers. Second, the chocolate strawberries weren’t delivered it was a box of smashed cakes instead, and even if I ordered the cakes they looked DISGUSTING like some took a bite out of one and that they have been sitting out and melting. To top it all off when I called the store I spoke with a woman that was very rude she kept cutting me off in my sentences, and said “we aren’t a flower shop” when I asked her about the flower arrangements. She did offer to send a replacement box of chocolate strawberries, hopefully they aren’t mashed and melted as well. I linked pictures to what the order looks like online compared to what my mom received.
First time ordering from edible and the ladies who helped me at the store were so kind and patient with me! I love the arrangement I chose and I think it’ll make the perfect gift. Also, brought some mini cheesecakes home because why not?! and they were delicious!
I've been ordering from this location for years. Donna has always been extremely helpful. The order is always delivered on time and customer service is always friendly. Arrangements are fresh and ready to eat when they arrive. Never had a bad experience here and will be returning whenever I need to get my mom a gift.
