Publix Super Market at Palm Beach Plaza

It’s great 😊 due to the fact that it’s next to Homedepot. You can shop at Homedepot then pass by Publix. The price seems pretty much reasonable but some kind of stuffs are not! 🤔

4 stars for the deli alone. Stopped in on a Friday evening for the chicken meal and the staff and team was on top of everything despite the rush hour. So again, 5 stars for the incredible deli team and to the young man frying up the chicken and wasting no time getting it out to the customers.

I made a visit to the Publix supermarket on Okeechobee Boulevard and Jog Road in West Palm Beach on September 19, 2025 in the afternoon hours,leaving extremely satisfied with the customer service I received .I can say that so far that I received the best Publix sub sandwich since I’ve been in Florida for past 10 years at this location.No other could top this one .Joe the deli sandwich associate went over and beyond to make my vegetarian turkey club sub to perfection. He made sure that the appearance of the sandwich along with the presentation and along with the proper amounts of condiments were prepared perfection. Which made a big difference in overall final taste and combinations of flavor to the sandwich.Joe went over 300 percent customer satisfaction and was personally very satisfied and will come back again to the Okeechobee location. Yes will definitely will return because the drive is worth a ride to get a great sandwich from Joe. In addition Joe will make a great culinary sub sandwich, instructor/trainer for all the Publix’s in the area, to really show them how to make a great sandwich the correct way.

I visited Publix bakery today, and I received great customer service from the bakery staff. I asked about their Calypso cookies and I was told that they were going in the oven it will be 15min including cooling time. After I left the deli for my sub my cookies were ready. I always eat a cookie before I get home. But today I ate more than one cookie because they were so soft and crunchy like a cookie should be. I called the bakery and let them know I have been eating this cookie for almost 20 yrs from Publix and this batch was the best baked batch. All of them were good but it was something about the way this batch was baked that made it perfect. Great job Publix I will be back for more fresh Calypso’s.

Please tell me why I'm in front of a drink cooler, actively pulling from the shelf and two of your employees cut between me and the refrigerator without so much as am 'excuse me'!? Literally 6 inches from their faces to mine. All the while making inappropriate comments to one another like they're in a club flirting. This is the third time I've seen your employees acting unprofessionally and I'm just resigned to going across the street to the neighborhood market. Your prices are too high to continually allow your employees to be rude, lazy and unprofessional.
