It’s very good to visit the store which is clean and high quality products. We visited around 5pm, it was very crowded. So many people people were in the line in the fast food section such as fried chicken wings, subway, etc.
We're from LA, and were shocked by the prices in West Palm Beach. The groceries are far more here than in LA. The store is immaculate, and all the produce is beautiful and fresh. We bought what I thought was mostly buy one, get one free. But, upon checkout, I had to watch every single item and was still overcharged for several items that were supposed to be free. It's so expensive and the employees couldn't careless about you or the prices,
I really wish I could give them a lower star. Every time I come to this place there is a line out the door and everybody is always upset and aggressive. There is no sense of urgency. I’ve had to walk out of this Publix four times now in a row, I think they just don’t care.
Stopped by to grab some lunch and the place was clean and well organized. The employees I interacted with was polite and respectful. The mens restroom looked like someone's kid just got finished playing with the paper towel machine. The water was nice and hot when I washed my hands but seems like it'll be to hot for small kids. I would definitely shop here again.
This is my first time shopping at this store. It's clean and well stocked. I was having difficulty finding a product ( had never purchased it before ) so I asked a gentleman stocking products in the cold section. He looked the item up for me, showed it time to ensure that's what I was looking for and told me where I could find it. He also stated that there would be an associate in that area if I had difficulty locating it. Very helpful and a pleasant personality. I appreciated the time he took to help me.
