This is my go to place to bring beautiful arrangements into my home. The staff is amazing, and they really know their flowers! Most recently they created a gorgeous design of succulents that I admire every day in my home. There are not many florists and companies like this that take such pride and care in their work. If you are looking to beautify your home with Flowers, this is the place!
I reached out to this florist to place an order. The gentleman answering the phone was aggressive and rude, cutting me off a few times. His entire tone was unkind and bored. Take your business anywhere but here! The best customer service starts with kindness and Tom Mathieu & Co, Inc. definitely needs to offer more of it! Just the fact that you wouldn't take the time to get my name correct or the fact that you did call me back only to tell me that you didn't think the person answering your phone was rude! You didn't share with me that the connection was unstable nor that I hung up on your rep when I actually thanked the person on the phone and let him know I would go to another florist. You didn't even offer to take my flower order. The next time you give a backhanded apology please try a little sincerity! OR don't apologize at all! You need to take a look in the mirror and own the way you are treating customers.
Tom Mathieu and his team are amazing. Their artistry and professionalism are what touched me. When I couldn't pick up my bouquet and boutinnier on time for the church, they delivered it when they haven't heard back from me. I love that they took the initiative to do that. They go above and beyond and I am truly grateful. The centerpieces were amazing, romantic and magical. It was exactly what I wanted and asked for. The orchids were out of this world and my family could not stop talking about it. Thank you Tom and team! You made our night!
