About 9:30 am I called Heavenly Scent and spoke with Debbie and explained that I only have about an hour to get some flowers for a funeral at 11:00. She said she didn't have a driver until noon. She found a driver and called me right back and took my order with assurances that they would have them there in time for the funeral. I would say Debbie went above and beyond to take care of the customer! Thank you Debbie!
Michelle at A Heavenly Scent Florist saved my BACON when she agreed to create a last minute order that was cancelled by Teleflora just 1 1/2 hours before memorial service. (We had flown in from Japan for the service) Michelle created a beautiful funeral bouquet for a photo display. Bouquet included of the freshest red roses, white hydrangeas, lillies, and birch. She exceeded my expectations for design, freshness, quantity of flowers, and all in rush to make the funeral on time. She was compassionate and ready to help in my time of need, so sweet!!! The shop is so cute with lots of great gift items. 22 years of florist service - incredible! Thank you for being a wonderful professional!
UPDATED Order A Dazzling Dozen Bi-Colored Roses was placed May 7th 2025 to be delivered May 10th. The picture online is beautiful, however do not be fooled when you receive the product it looks nothing close to what you pay for. Delivery was perfect though no issues. Beware :Not worth the money. UPDATE: Business claims to call phone number provided - I did double check the phone number provided and it is in fact the correct phone number. I am not sure if it was called incorrect however, it was the correct phone number. I do have a copy of the information I provided. It is correct. Day 2 of the flowers that were delivered they already look sad
I needed a "cheer my best friend up" bouquet last minute delivered to Lake Wales!! I called and spoke with Michelle mid morning and by 2 pm they delivered the cutest, brightest bouquet of flowers you have ever seen. It was my pleasure to do business with them.
Michelle and her entire staff are the bomb! I get flowers there every Friday for my wife and the arrangements are always beautiful and top shelf. They are such nice people I can’t speak highly enough of them. Recently I had a tumor removed and flowers were sent to me to wish me a speedy recovery. That’s going above and beyond.
